Association All Japan University Judo Federation.

Valuing etiquette and aiming for unwavering discipline and training in both body and mind, judo teaches the fundamental principles of "Seiryoku-Zenyo" (maximum efficient use of energy) and “Jita-Kyoei" (principle of mutual welfare and benefit).
We believe that the teachings of judo, along with the development of individuals in this discipline, exemplify the model for education in Japan, where global business integrity, diversity, and inclusion is increasingly vital.

HTS sponsors the All Japan University Judo Federation to assist the development of the students who will lead Japan in the future. HTS believes in the teachings of judo, the basic philosophy of which is “proper use of vigor” and “co-prosperity for oneself and others” to gain a respect for civility and to ceaselessly train and temper the body and spirit. Further, we think this technique for developing wholesome people will serve as a model for developing the kinds of people needed by Japan as circumstances become increasingly difficult, including internationalization.
